Residents in Ancoats and Beswick chose hardworking local Lib Dem Alan Good to represent them in the Town Hall.
"Like so many Manchester residents my constituents were fed up of being ignored by Labour," said Councillor Alan Good. Adding, "It is important to listen to residents and represent them in the city council".
