Jackie is pictured with more rubbish that she has reported from around Gorton. Fly tipping is rife in the area and the charges for collection mean that rubbish is being dumped anywhere, any time.
Jackie told Focus "This Labour Council spends millions on vanity projects like tarting up the town hall and building performing arts centres, but it just isn't getting the basics right.
