One of the great things about being a candidate is the opportunity to speak to members of the media about your priorities. It really is great to be able to outline your views on the issues that matter, and know that you have the opportunity to reach large amounts of people in your constituency.

My interviews with Edward Crocker from the Entangled Alliances blog and the Inside the M60 website have been no different. The journalists from each quizzed me on a range of issues – from Nick Clegg’s performance in the TV debates, to tuition fees – and I hope my answers gave people reading a clear picture of what I stand for, and what I want to achieve for the people of Manchester Withington.
