I received the following email from Jamie Dickinson, their project Manager. So, if you would like to rehouse some of your unwanted pots please get in touch with them.
Afternoon All,
We’re potless. Literally. And it’s all our own fault. The free cupboard that is Pot Rescue is bare.
Our magnanimity has been our undoing, we’ve given away every recycled pot we have to support a community growing project started by a friend of the Centre and we are, in pot terms, utterly bereft!
So, if you have teetering piles of unloved and unwanted plastic plant pots that you wish you could find a home for then look no further. We at HCGC can offer a safe, loving environment for plant pots of every hue and stature. We’d be doing you a favour, really. Honest Guv.
Pot Rescue is our way of recycling all those previously loved plastic pots. When you donate a pot to Pot Rescue you know that someone else is going to make good use of it. So what’s stopping yers?
Go on, Give us yer pots.
Now!
Oh, and we’re also partial to the odd plastic bag too. We recycle them as well.
‘nuff said.
TTFN,
Jamie
